This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled at GSMakeup Studio. By booking our services or purchasing products through our website, you agree to this policy.
1. Makeup & Beauty Services
Booking Confirmation
- All service bookings are confirmed only after advance payment.
- Advance payments are used to reserve date, time, and resources.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for rescheduling.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
- No refund will be issued for no-shows.
Rescheduling
- One-time rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 72 hours in advance.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability.
2. Product Purchases
GSMakeup Studio may offer beauty or cosmetic products for sale directly or through third-party partners.
- Products purchased through third-party affiliate websites are subject to the refund, return, and cancellation policies of the respective affiliate seller. GSMakeup Studio does not control or process refunds for such purchases.
- Products purchased directly from GSMakeup Studio (offline or in-store) are governed by our own store policies. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for return or refund.
- For offline purchases from GSMakeup Studio, requests related to damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of purchase with valid proof.
- Approved refunds (if applicable) for GSMakeup Studio store purchases will be processed within 7–10 business days.
3. Digital Products & Online Content
All digital products, downloadable content, and online resources are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
4. Force Majeure
GSMakeup Studio shall not be held responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Medical emergencies
- Transportation disruptions
5. Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Processing time depends on banks or payment gateways.
